Set in the 1930s, Lord Jolyon Jape is preparing to wed his glamorous bride. Yet whispers ripple through the guests, this will be her fourth marriage, and each of her previous husbands met an untimely end.

Is she a devoted partner at last, or a cunning fortune hunter with deadly intentions? One thing is certain, when the vows say “till death do us part,” some fear death may come far sooner than expected.
