Medieval Knight Dinner | Friday 11th September
Seated on wooden benches, at wooden tables in the Castles Baronial Hall. A 5-course feast is served with mead & wine, whilst being entertained by Ladies of the court, Court Chamberlain & Herald, with musicians, all in traditional costume.

Disco music to follow the dinner
Bar closes: 23:30 / Carriages 00:00
Dress code: Fancy dress is encouraged, although not compulsory
Minimum age: 16 years

First Course: Homemade Vegetable Broth with Wholemeal Bread (V)
Second Course: Fish with Creamed Potato topped with Cheese or Butternut squash tart & watercress (V)
Third Course: Ribs cooked in red wine sauce with herbs or Leek & cheese croquette with mustard mayonnaise (V)
Fourth Course: Chicken cooked in mead sauce with jacked potato, salad and Basil butter or Wild mushroom wellington, mash, honey roast roots & tarragon gravy (V)
Fifth Course: Apple & pear crumble with vanilla ice cream (V)
