Gift vouchers are valid only for the services stated or, in the case of monetary amounts, in exchange for services of equivalent value. Non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash. Delivery of services subject to availability. No change or credit given. Any voucher for stated items can only be exchanged for goods at same value with additional charges added if applicable. Only vouchers sold with a monetary value can be part redeemed. Services must be pre-booked and the original voucher/email surrendered prior to take up of the service. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be refunded but can be re-issued with a new number resulting in original voucher code becoming invalid. The voucher will not be redeemed after the expiry date, unless extended option has been purchased. Cancellation within 48 hours of a booking renders the voucher null and void.

Valid for 12 months from voucher start date.
