Christmas Themed Medieval Knights Dinner | Saturday 12th December
This Christmas, come and step back into a world of gallant knights, gracious ladies, feasting and merriment in the candlelit setting reminiscent of days gone by. Enjoy the signing and humour presented by the Court Chamberlain, Herald, Musicians and Ladies of the Court, all in traditional costume while feasting yourself on succulent food, wine and mead.

First Course: Winter Vegetable Soup with Wholemeal Bread (V)
Second Course: Fish with Creamed Potato topped with Cheese or Butternut squash tart & watercress (V)
Third Course: Ribs cooked in red wine sauce with herbs or Leek & cheese croquette with mustard mayonnaise (V)
Fourth Course: Chicken cooked in mead sauce with jacked potato, salad and Basil butter or Wild mushroom wellington, mash, honey roast roots & tarragon gravy (V)
Fifth Course: Apple & pear crumble with vanilla ice cream (V)
Dress code: Fancy dress is encouraged, although not compulsory
